Announcement – ​Conference Proceedings Submission Deadline

Final Paper SubmissionFinal submission deadline:
November 15, 2026, at 11:00 PM (CEST)Please follow these steps to prepare your paper for publication:

1) Follow the Author Guidelines
Use the Springer formatting and submission guidelines provided in the Author Kit

2) Prepare Your Paper
Write your paper in LaTeX.
The paper must be original and must not have been published or submitted elsewhere.
Prepare both:PDF file
LaTeX source files (.zip)

3) Submit Your Paper
Please send both the PDF and LaTeX source files (.zip) by email to:

Important
-The paper should not exceed 8 pages.
     -If more than 8 pages are necessary for exceptional reasons, please contact in advance.
     -Additional charges for pages exceeding the 8-page limit:
          -SCIN 2026: 1,000 THB per additional page
          -AUTSYS 2026: €50 per additional page
-Authors are allowed a maximum of three submission attempts. After three submissions or after the deadline, no further submissions or changes will be accepted.

All submitted papers will undergo peer review and may be published in the Autonomous Systems Almanac by Springer.
