Announcement – ​Conference Proceedings Submission Deadline

The final submission deadline is November 15, 2026, at 11:00 PM (CEST).

To prepare your paper for publication, please follow these steps:
Follow the Author Guidelines
Use the Springer formatting and submission guidelines provided in the Author Kit
-Prepare Your Paper Write your paper in LaTeX.
-Submit an original paper that has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
-Prepare both the PDF file and LaTeX source files (.zip).

Important:
-Papers must not exceed 8 pages. If a longer submission is necessary for exceptional reasons, please contact marcel.schaible@fernuni-hagen.de in advance.
-​Authors are allowed a maximum of three submission attempts. After three submissions or after the deadline, no further submissions or changes will be accepted.
-Selected high-quality papers will undergo peer review and may be published in the Autonomous Systems Almanac by Springer.
