Registration Includes:

-2 nights of hotel accommodation (for on-site participants)

Important Note on Meals:
Please note that Halal food cannot be provided. Participants requiring special meals, including gluten-free or vegetarian options, are kindly advised to make their own arrangements.
Participation & Presentation Guidelines:
1) On-Site and Online Attendance
This year, participants may attend either on-site or online.
Presenting authors are strongly encouraged to attend on-site whenever possible.
Registration fee is the same for on-site attendance; no discounts are provided for online participation.
2) Author Presentation Required
The author listed on the paper must present the work.
For on-site participation, the presentation must be delivered in person.
For online participation, the author must present live online.
Participants cannot choose, change, or request a specific presentation date or time.
The presentation schedule is fixed by the organizing committee.
Substitute presenters are not accepted.
3) Paper Policy
Each participant may submit and present only one paper.
Additional or multiple paper submissions are not allowed.
4) Cancellation & No-Show Policy
The registration fee is non-refundable.
If the author does not attend (on-site or online), the paper will not be included in the Springer proceedings.
5) Companion Policy
Companions may stay in the same room free of charge.
Companions are not permitted to attend sessions or join group meals.
